「Facilities were fantastic ... some of the best on our 3-week trip. Highlight was the cook to order breakfast (included in room rate), along with safe, basement parking and 24-hour coffee.」

「The best stocked breakfast I've ever had at a similarly priced hotel」

「Wonderful morning hot meals and friendly hotel staff.」

「We were checked into the wrong room by the front desk person. I'm not sure how that happened given they checked my ID at the desk. At 9PM someone tried to get in our room. Thankfully we had the second lock on it. We then had to switch rooms. Otherwise, standard hotel breakfast and room is clean plus free parking. Housekeeping is only every 3 days for multinight stays. 「The ambiance of the hotel was positive the moment we stepped into the lobby. Personnel asked if we needed anything and be sure to let them know if there was anything.」

「Very nice property close to bars and restaurants」

「We enjoyed an excellent 5 days stay at the property. The property is well maintained and clean. We found the staff well trained and helpful. Highly recommended !」

「The room was beautifully appointed in the heritage style. It featured a full kitchen and an air tub in the bathroom. There were towels folded into bird and fan shapes. The property has complimentary laundry on each floor and is conveniently located near the waterfront. There is a parkade across the street.」

「Pros: Decent, serviceable clean accommodation. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Cons: Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Facility could use some TLC and upgrades here and there.」

「Fabulous stay」

「Bad smell, uncomfortable bed, dirty, fire hazard with wires and patch up plumbing for the shower. The microwave didn’t work because the breaker tripped. The carpet at the entrance dirty and the door wasn’t painted either.」
