Marlin Key 3C is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with Gulf-front views on the 3rd floor. Marlin Key Condominiums in Orange Beach, AL, offer low-density, spacious units, stunning beach views, and private beach access—perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Luxury vinyl plank flooring is throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats eight and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a queen-size sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed. The primary bathroom is NEWLY REMODELED with a Spa shower and stand-alone soaking tub!

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed

• The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed. One reserved space and the second car is on a first-come, first-served basis.

***Smoking/vaping is not permitted at Marlin Key other than around the grill area and in the front parking lot away from the building.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

*Does not apply to monthly reservations, and some activities are seasonal
Due to recent incidents of credit card fraud, we have implemented additional security measures to protect our guests and ensure a smooth check-in process.

If you are booking a reservation to arrive within the next 48 hours, we kindly request that you provide us with a copy of your ID and credit card. This property was as advertised. We will book here again and have already recommended it to friends and family. Very clean. kitchen stocked with utensils, cookware and bakeware. Very convenient. CLOSE private beach access. We were on the beach everyday and not once was it crowded. Outdoor grilling area was convenient and well kept as well.

The condo was clean& loved the decor! Views were amazing. Elevator was located super close. Elevator was a little sketchy. There was a work crew renovating the condo above us and got woken up bright and early at 7 something in the morning to banging, drilling and sawing

Our first time in Orange Beach, but won’t be our last. We are SOLD! This condo is immaculate and in a very quiet area. The assigned parking made it very convenient, the property is very well maintained, and the layout of the condo was plenty of space. We love that it is not crowded sincere there are only 4 floors of rooms.

Peaceful and tranquil

The place was beautiful and cozy. We had a great view of the pool and ocean. This units parking was close to the elevator as was our room. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Wasnt too crowded so we could relax on the beach

Condo great, Maintenance Crew not

The property was as we expected. We really enjoyed the beach and the unit. We did have a drain in the garage, drip on our car, that has permanently marked our hood. When we tried to address it, one of the maintenance men was called and walked into our unit while my daughter was bathing. When I tried to confront them, they insulted me. They then reported a lie to our rental agent. The trip was wonderful, the unit was great, but I have an expense for my car now, and a slight bad taste in my mouth. We would probably return.

Perfection!

This unit exceeded our expectations in many ways! There were 6 of us in total with a couple of ladies who could not walk long distances due to some health concerns. The primary parking space for this unit is designated and located right outside the elevator in the garage. Proximity to the pool was also very close so it was very convenient to keep pool floats etc... in the car and pick them up on the way to the pool each day! The condo entrance on the 3rd floor was only steps from the elevator! There were plenty of rolling carts to use for unloading the car and transporting things up to the living space. Upon entering the condo, we were all so excited to see the well-done home decor that gave us that beach vibe that reminded us of something we might see on HGTV! Each bedroom had its own bathroom/shower combo. The main suite had a walk in shower with a free standing soaker tub in the shower area! The master had corner windows with a door exiting to the common balcony area. We had a table and 4 chairs with a lounge chair on the balcony that was overlooking the pool area with an unobstructed view of the ocean! Ah-mazing! Washer and dryer available which was nice if needed. Well stocked kitchen and working appliances to include a dishwasher! If I had to offer up suggestions here it goes: Better quality toilet paper in the bathrooms and a new can opener (the one in the kitchen is worn out). It would be hard to find a condo to beat this one in my opinion!!!

Friends and Family weekend Getaway

This condo was perfect for our multi family getaway. Early check in was available, location was amazing, and the view was breathtaking! We all felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! My only suggestion would be to change out the bath towels— they’re just too small.

Absolutely perfect!

First of all, this condo is beautiful! It is very spacious! I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The view from the master bedroom is just perfection! The property is well-maintained. I felt very comfortable allowing my teens a little freedom, because the property felt very family friendly and safe. The walk out to the beach was short, and the beach was not crowded. This is our new favorite place to stay!

Beautiful condo but noise problem

The condo is lovely. Loved the water room and updates. The only problem we had was the 6 or 8 young people staying in 4C that kept us up 4 nights between 1 and 5:30. Kept us all up walking, banging, dropping things, slamming doors when they came in after midnight. First time we have ever this problem at Marlin Key.

Great condo. Bad “blackout curtains” problem.

Absolutely beautiful condo. Great communication from management company. But the “blackout curtains” in the front two bedrooms are so porous on the edges that the rooms are lit up all night from the hallway lights outside the condo. That was basically the only problem with the unit, but it was bad enough that we’d not stay there again unless some legit blackout shades were put on those bedroom’s windows.

Perfect in every way!

We rented this last minute to try to dodge the bad weather from Ian and it turned out to be a perfect condo and location! We loved the easy access to the beach and the pool was perfect for those not wanting to be in the sun all day. Our condo was awesome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back next year!!!
