Air-conditioning worked well. Beds were lumpy. It was a standard 2-twin bed room, good for an overnight stay. Would be best to add a couple of luggage racks. Cleanliness is what we like about this hotel. Shops, eats and subway station nearby. Staff are very nice.

Solid hotel if you want to be in the action of one of Seoul’s hottest neighborhoods. Rooms are very small, not a lot of amenities, and during my stay there was construction on a neighboring property that impacted access to the front door at times. The location is excellent to be close to metro, shops, restaurants. I only interacted with hotel staff at check-in, so if you’re a foreigner and are hoping for a concierge experience this isn’t the spot. Air conditioning was strong and value for money was overall pretty good.

The location is very convenient—just a few steps away from Seongsu station exit 3, with convenient stores and 24-hour restaurants just a few blocks away. Shopping literally starts right when you step out of the hotel! When our hands are full, need to go to the bathroom, or just want to rest and freshen up, it was easy to go back to the hotel and back out to continue shopping, cafe hopping or dining. As for staffing, we arrived early in the morning and checked out around 2 a.m., and there was always someone helping us at the front desk. The rooms are modest but clean. They provide the basic amenities such as hand and body wash, shampoo, and towels. Bottled water, robes and house slippers were also included in the room. My son and I found the firm bed comfortable, but my husband found it too firm for his liking and his back hurt every morning. Not a deal breaker though, and we would definitely come back here!

Great location in the heart of the buzz so it’s walkable everywhere. Check in was quick and easy. Didn’t realize the AC remote was in the TV remote but front desk staff speaks English so it was easy to solve. Starbucks next door and many eateries and shops
