The property was as describe. The text message communication with property manager was nice. On arrival we discovered, the 2nd bathroom door was locked. At 6pm, I text and asked to if it was supposed to be unlocked and they replied they would send maintenance. Right after I discovered the thermostat was completely off and would not turn on. I text the number and they said they would add it to the ticket. At 8pm, we had still not seen anyone so I called the after hours number who had no idea what I was talking about but they would try to dispatch someone. At almost 930 someone showed up. After unlocking the door, they discovered the shower was stuck on and he would be unable to fix it tonight so gave us the option to cut the water off for the whole unit or show us how to turn it off and on. He also was able to get the air to come on after running to get a part. He left around 11pm and with in 5 minutes the air was back off. I recalled the after hours number and they said they had done all they could do and would have to dispatch the HVAC company but could not give an ETA. Being tired from traveling all day, we all fell asleep and did not hear them call to say someone was on their way at 230am. When we woke up, I called back to see if someone was coming this morning and they said yes but still could not give an ETA. After waiting in the condo that morning someone finally came at 930 that morning. I understand that things break unexpectedly but what was so disappointing about the whole thing was the lack of apology offered by anyone that I spoke to through the whole ordeal. After the first 16 hours of the stay, everything was nice and pleasant trip.
