The Primary Suite holds a comfy King Size Bed, a Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a roomy shower. The Guest Bedroom boasts 2 Queen Size Beds and a Smart TV. The guest bath is just off the main Living Area and supplies a nice shower and a stackable Washer & Dryer for your convenience. Stretch out in the Living Room with a spacious sectional to watch your favorite football team with the entire crew, or sit out on the balcony to watch the boaters come in and out of the docks while sipping your coffee. The owners also offer a lil space under the building in the parking lane with a patio table set, Smart TV, and a fan to cool you off. You can surely spread out here. The kitchen is fully stocked to ensure you can create a great meal after boating and swimming all day. Need more sleeping space? Bay View #3 has a sister home in the same building, #6, just upstairs. Very convenient to put the in-laws there, LOL!

Bay View Complex sits directly on Wolf Bay with a Private Boat Launch, Large Communal Pool, Boat Slips *FCFS, Fishing Pier, Pickleball Courts, Free Covered Parking. Take the boat and do your own Bushwacker (or favorite beverage) tour to all the great restaurants on the Bay such as: Pirates Cove, GT's On The Bay, OSO at Bear Point, Lu-Lu's Homeport, and the Wharf for AWESOME nightlife, Light Shows, Festivals, Shopping, and more!! Cruise on your boat to hang out on Robinson Island with other boat lovers, or head on out to the Gulf for some of the best fishing in the world!! Or, not a boater? No problem!! The views overlooking the Bay and the fun can be experienced by all here in this centrally located home, less than 2 miles from the beach, and so close to all the shopping and fun mentioned before by car!

**Boat Slip (up to 30' boat) is located next to the seawall (6 slips at a first come, first served basis). Any boat parked in another owners spot will be towed at the guests expense immediately.

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

**TVs are streaming only. Passwords for streaming services are NOT provided. You will need to log into your own accounts.**

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

** Please advise: The home sits on the 2nd floor (one level up) and there is not an elevator.

Parking is up to 2 vehicles. One can fit in the reserved space under the home and 2nd car is in overflow spots scattered throughout the complex on a first come, first served basis. Boat trailers can be parked under the home (100" Clearance) or off site. Trailer parking area is for owners only. Please inquire for off site trailer parking if needed.
