Have reached out via the same email to a member of staff *Reservations Executive to advise of a few issues noticed during the stay. Tables during breakfast not being cleared away quick enough and not being wiped down sadly. Steam room didn't work and the jacuzzi performance was poor. Loose floor short blocks in the spa. A good thorough deep clean needed of an absolutely stunning hotel *pool sun loungers, lift mirrors, our room at least on the 5th floor and balcony eating area. "
