This latter detail comes at a price, though; it's a creaky, old building lacking in certain modern features. But you'll overlook that for the most part. "Check-in was easy with the detailed instructions and pictures provided. The room was much smaller than described and shown in the photos. The only sink was the kitchen sink, which we had to use to wash our hands and brush our teeth. The first night was fine value for the money. The next 2 nights a family was staying in the home and one of them was smoking indoors leaving ash on the floor and a cigarette in the shower and toilet room. They also left their dirty dishes on the counter and in the sink overnight, which wasn't ideal for needing to brush our teeth. I also was not aware until we arrived that there was no WiFi. Overall, it was a poor place to stay and I will stay in a hostel to get better value for my money. "

"Loved this place because of its location. Few steps from the train and bus station. 10 to 15 minutes walk to Schonbrunn Palace. A mini strips of all sorts of restaurant. The only minus points about this hotel was, sound proofing is terrible. I was awaken by the next door guest, every time they drag their chairs. The Hallway was beautifully maintained with beautiful flower set up. The room was immaculate clean and the smell of a seemed like fresh flowers lingers everywhere. This was Lovely. But.. when you go down towards the 3000 block hallway, it has an undesirable smell/ odour. It’s a TURN OFF . Hope they can address this, for future guests to leave with best memories of this hotel."

"Excellent properly very convenient for arrivals by train from airport and connection to city by train. Also within walking distance to the centre of Vienna. Hotel smells nice - Amenities were good bed very comfortable. It was our 20th wedding anniversary hotel didn’t take any notice for our request for a room with a view instead we were on 4th floor with view of other offices in front of us. Breakfast was very good however, the person making hot breakfast was very rude and made customers wait for so long making eggs and waffles and on a couple of occasions send me away and said come back and he had given my waffle to another customer and I had to wait again! I think hotel needs to review this staff attitude and serving time. Also coffee and tea at the machine was nightmare with long ques. Other than that I would recommend the hotel but I wish they made more attention to our request to make our stay more special."
