「All the staff there are so nice and helpful including gym and restaurant. Especially Alla Helmi helped us enthusiastically, he contacted another st rigis in Cairo for letting us to leave our baggage there. Great experience. 」

However, towards the end of my stay, I was bothered by the smell of sewage coming from the drain in the kitchenette. I was a little disappointed because it would have been great if they had been more careful in cleaning the invisible areas. I hope for improvement.」

「Communication with the apartment was good. The driver came when called for a pickup and was early in returning to the airport after checkout. * Do not tip the driver that was already taken care of. * A microwave is available upon request. The room does not have an oven but does have a stove. * The manager was extremely friendly and bent over backwards to accommodate me. * The apartment is approximately 18 minute drive from the airport so be careful about traffic.」

Day of my departure, 3am, a 'front desk person', I had yet to have met, said i had an outstation bill of $25... I purposely zeroed out my 'balance due' the night prior, knowing I was leaving early. I give my time and money to organizations around the world. When people try to steal from me... I take particular offense. His behavior did not reflect on the rest of the staff. 」
