「I had a very concerning experience with this stay. Upon arrival, I used the access information provided, but when I entered the unit, it was already occupied by other people. This was extremely uncomfortable and unsettling.

「Our first room had two issues, the window shade was broken and the towel rack had fallen and was laying on the bathroom floor with debris when we checked in.
