「Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times.」

「Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. It's pet friendly. Everything was great! What I liked most was the communication was great! Any questions I had she answered immediately, and was very kind. The house was absolutely beautiful and the property was amazing!! We had my son's 16th birthday party here and had kids from 9 to 18 and everyone had something to do from fishing, playing volleyball, walking around, roasting marshmallows, ECT. No one ever said "I'm bored" lol....
