"It’s not often that a house looks even BETTER in person than in the pictures. But this house does. The house is beautiful and the porch and backyard are so nice. The house is cozy and makes you feel like you are right at home. I will be recommending this property to all friends and family that are looking to vacation in the Torch Lake/ Elk Lake area. They provided all of the amenities you could possibly need and more! "

"The property was set up very well for us to come and relax with our dogs. With close access to town as well. We would certainly stay again when we’re in the area."

"The horrible review is purely based on poor property management from Ture North, stay away from properties they are involved in. We showed up for check in around 10:30pm after driving 6 hrs to walk into a filthy house covered in both dad and live flies. My wife and I spent two hours cleaning and vacuuming and killing flies. I contacted the management company and they seem to not even care at all. They offered to send out a cleaning crew the following day but what is the point one cleaning is...

"Loved it! I had a second floor bay-side view, it was so pretty, I loved my balcony. Apparently they just finished renovations before Memorial Day 2025 and it shows. I loved the new bathroom, too. There wasn't a closet, instead there was a rod with hangers near the dresser; the rod looked decorative so it visually worked with the rest of the decor, made me think of boutique hotels I've stayed in elsewhere. Plenty of room and counter space to set out your luggage and sundries. Microwave, mini-fridge, mini-Kuerig. Beds comfy and clean. On the first floor at the south end of the building there is a gorgeous deck, with an outdoor set of stairs that leads from the deck down the hill towards the casino. (I wasn't staying there for the casino but that was nice, I thought.) The only downsides were in the evening the parking lot was more full so harder to find parking then (although the casino down the hill has parking, too) and the lawn on the east side of the building was not fully grown in, so that was not as pretty to look at (which is really only a tiny detail when it comes down to it). The staff was so friendly and helpful, too. I would stay here again. "
