"Our flight was delayed and our car rental fell through so we ended up taking a taxi from Bergamo. It was early hours of the morning when we arrived and Edin had waited for us on his own accord, checked us in and showed us to our beautiful room ! The room was clean and super comfy. The room had a lovely balcony overlooking the incredible terrain.The following morning Alessia organised a taxi for us to get to Brescia with no issues at all and she was extremely helpful and nice ! There was a good selection of food on the breakfast buffet.The service at all times was excellent. This was a good place to stay on our tour round the lake but the busy bar and terrace and easy parking also make it convenient mid journey stopping point."
