"We stayed for a night and the staff was very friendly. We got early check/in and a complementary late checkout. Please mind that this was off season so they were probably operating under capacity and were able to give us these options. Food was a little pricey but tasted good. Great staff and pool amenities. "I booked a room with queen room with sofa bed. I’m not sure if there was an error because we ended up in a one bedroom condo with a full kitchen, gas fireplace and balcony and access to a ski locker on the 1st floor. They let us check in early which was amazing since the ski resort was almost entirely on a weather/wind hold. We only stayed one night and we were able to leave our vehicle in the parking garage after checkout, making it very convenient given 26” of powder and partially blue skies brought out the powder hounds and filled up the ski parking lot. 🏂"

"We had an excellent time at Michael’s and Karen’s lovely condo. Booking, check-in, communication all worked flawlessly. The place itself was very well maintained, clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. A big plus are the included garage parking space, ski locker, hot tub, and - of course - walking distance to ski lifts. We truly hope to come back, either in summer or for another winter vacation. One can’t ask for a better location for a wonderful stay at Palisades. "
