"The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and updated nicely. The towels were plentiful and plush. The water for the showers was nice and hot. I would prefer coffee in the room instead of having to go downstairs to get coffee. The bathroom in the lobby requires a code. We should be able to use our room card for that. It would be nice if the hotel had a hot tub. Parking is $60-80 a night, and should be included in the price of the room."

"Valet employees dont know how to drive manuel vehicles, therefore you pay 69.00 to park youelr own vehicle out front?? Took 35 min to get my car because they didnt have anyone that could get it out of the garage because they couldn't drive it. Refused to give me any accommodation and still charged me 69.00. Wont go back again"

"Nice beautiful room - comfortable bed - and easy to get around Downtown Portland. The breakfast was not much to write about so will skip the discussion. I even hung out on the lounge sitting area - it was very inviting and lots of nice little niche sitting areas. The hotel is dog friendly and it was nice to see the four legged pups greeting other guests if you wanted to have some dog time. I will go back."

"TLDR; loved this hotel, but it has bed bugs. First off I’ll start by saying before we discovered the bed bugs, we loved this hotel. The staff were all so incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The interior decor and vibe was so inviting and cozy and cute. We booked the smallest room and still felt like for the price, we had everything we needed. Love the complimentary drinks and free light breakfast bag that gets delivered to your door. Unfortunately, we did not get to fully enjoy these amenities. In our first room, we found a squished and very easily recognizable bed bug. It was on the top sheet beneath the blanket. After finding it, we looked along the mattress and found many things that further indicated bed bugs. We went to the receptionist and asked for a new room and they were very nice and apologetic and put us in a new room immediately. Since we had bed bugs in one room, we made sure to check the next one.. and again.. more bed bugs. This time between the creases of the mattress. Against our better judgement we decided to try one more room and this time we found bed bud droppings (like shedded skin) between the sheets. After this, we decided to leave and they gave us a full refund. Again, customer service was 10/10.. but that doesn’t negate the bed bugs. I was so excited for this place and was very disappointed it didn’t work out. "

"The hotel is ok. It is very clean, staff very friendly, but just did not feel safe. Lot of homeless grouped with dogs at night. At restaurants and all places we visited, told us it was very safe. Just did not feel comfortable to walk around. "
