「We left after just 4 hours because the property was nothing like the listing. The photos give a far better impression than the reality.
Before arrival, I had to chase the host for check-in instructions as nothing had been sent. Even after calling, I was only given the key safe code. Later that day, after we’d already left, I received an email stating there was a £100 charge per pet, despite the Hotels.com listing clearly advertising “pets go free.”

「We were looking for a base for a few days away and this fitted the bill well. A couple of previous reviews had commented upon general cleanliness and we found a child’s toy under the dining table when we got there and an odd sock behind the sofa, suggesting the cleaning wasn’t particularly thorough. 「Typisch britisch, kleines Cottage , gemütlich .Nicht geeignet für ältere , da die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern sehr steil ist .Darauf sollte man achten …Ansonsten sehr schön , in der Nähe kann man gleich einkaufen und in wenigen Kilometern erreicht man rye , welches man unbedingt besuchen sollte .」

「Check in easy, location fabulous. Bed comfortable - we slept really well - must be the sea air! The extra touches for our furry friend were spot on - doggy bowls and doggy treats were most welcome.
