"When traveling to Pasadena, this looked like the perfect hotel to stay in, and it certainly was! The room was excellent. The shower was my favorite part, the design of the bathroom and room made it feel so spacious and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay, and made the check in/out process so smooth. The pool and gym are on the third floor, so the views of Pasadena and the nearby mountains were so pretty! Truly a beautiful place to visit. The restaurant/bar service at the pool was excellent, and if you like coffee, you’ll love the breakfast/coffee shop adjacent to the lobby. From parking, to cleanliness, to friendly staff this hotel checks every box! And it’s in a perfect location to walk around and see Pasadena!"

"We were fretted by Genine, I hope that’s how her name is spelled. She was wonderful. Made great suggestions for places to see within walking distance. The room was super comfy and clean. We didn’t take advantage of the food options there. But we did find it was nice that there was so much to choose from near by."

"The room was in good condition and clean but had an odd smell. There were no curtains so we didn’t get to sleep in. Construction started at 7am. There was less than a half a roll of toilet paper and we had to go the front desk to ask for more. "
