「Checking in to the hotel I was hit with a fee of $60 for what they finally said was for incidentals but refused to use my credit card I had on file or take my debit card. They insisted that they only wanted cash. Check out is 11AM at 9:35am, someone kept opening my room door but luckily I had the security lock inside on. 「Unfortunately there were amenities that weren't in use due to water issues in Kannapolis, so can't really rate those. I didn't like that when checking in no one asked for identification. That did make me a little uncomfortable as other hotels have always asked for my license to verify that I'm who I say I am. Other than that everything else was ok.」

「Clean room, prime location tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Straight shot to Zmax dragway and Charlotte Motor Speedway. Will definitely stay here next year」

「Mattresses were stained and old, carpet smelled like wet dog, the pool was broken, the breakfast bar wasnt working, the was poorly patched drywall repair in our room. Looks like maintenace isnt kept up.」

「The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The property was maintained by a team who obviously take pride in a job well done. The parking lot was quite well lit--I felt perfectly safe there alone with my kids. The breakfast was basic (cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage patties) but did the job it needed to do. Housekeeping is every other day, but you can get most anything you need from the front desk. 」

「 I had an early flight so I was not able to stay for breakfast. The room was clean and welcoming. I was DISAPPOINTED in the shuttle service as it only accommodates 9-5 travel. As I had an early 7 AM flight I had to find alternative travel to Concord Regional airport. I was fortunate that other early morning travelers were kind to offer me a ride. The shuttle service was the reason I chose to stay at this hotel and was NOT HAPPY with the resulting situation.」
