"Pros: The room was clean with a nice layout. The front entrance contained a pull out sofa, table chairs, TV and kitchen station. A door separated the main bedroom (which had 2 beds). Clean bathroom with a proper working shower. Shower gel (Evelyn & Crabtree-Gardeners line) smelled so good that I plan on ordering for myself. Ice machines available. Breakfast was good when you’re able to get it. Decent variety of items and beverages. Cons: airport prices if you use the store. $5 for a bottle of Coke. Breakfast is promoted as ending at 10:30am. However, the shutdown process appeared to start about 10:00am. After my meal, I went back for a banana and most of the fruit had been removed (that’s when I noticed the staff removing items). To me, that’s not fair to people who may plan to get to breakfast at 10:15 only to find limited selection. I did not get an omelette because the line was long (but that was my choice). I was told they were good so you may have to wait. I must add that, if you ask for something, they may oblige as in my case. I mentioned the banana situation and was politely asked how many do I want? I did not use the bar, but there is a spacious outdoor sitting area where I saw cocktails brought to folks in my group. A large Jenga set and the 2 fire pits were a nice attraction."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay and found the home to be comfortable, spacious, and accurately represented in the listing. One thing we especially appreciated was the amount of space. The house accommodated our group well and never felt cramped. The location was convenient (we had a very easy time getting to Charlotte Motor Speedway!), and communication with the host was smooth throughout our trip.There were a few property-related issues during our stay that prevented it from being a 5-star experience, but we appreciated the host’s efforts and enjoyed our visit overall. We would recommend the property to travelers looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay."

"We had an amazing stay at this property. We had a nightmarish plumbing situation at our home and needed to relocate while repairs were completed. Deb was more than accommodating to our situation and blocked off the property so we could extend our stay as needed. Comfy bed, quiet neighborhood, and our kitties enjoyed doing zoomies throughout the house and looking out the many windows! I was able to work from this house while we were displaced, thanks to the high-speed internet. The kitchen was also fairly well-equipped, so we could cook our meals. I much prefer to cook, and many other rentals I've used before don't have quality cooking equipment. The knives were actually sharp! Perfect for those who prefer or need to cook their own meals. Will absolutely recommend this host for any of our visiting friends and family members in the future. THANK YOU. "
