「The guys at the bottom floor were absolutely amazing! They were so helpful and seemed like they were always looking out for us. The cafe/bar attached to the hotel is awesome and we really enjoyed the room!」

「Very friendly and security staff」

「This is a backpacker place not a hotel/motel. They don’t provide things where a normal hotel provides like towels, shampoos, conditioners, bath soap, etc. It’s a shared kitchen so you need to bring or cook your own food. Only cookware is provided. You pretty much have to bring your own things overall. Angeline, the manager was pretty nice, helpful and accommodating. Free wi-fi and connection was good. I had to ask the manager for help me because in the beginning I had trouble connecting. If I...

「friendly staff and good hospitality. wifi is not good enough, and noisy outside especially early morning.」

「The hotel staff are friendly and willing to help in any ways ,the hotel is in a convenient location. I will recommend friends and family to stay at the hotel when ever visiting Cape Town.」

「happy to come back, clean , friendly staff」

「Noisy, parking is not easy to find. I parked where it was recommended. I was called early in the morning after i had checked in to come and pay for parking. Mind you i was so tired and having my rest. The rooms next to mine were so noisy. I checked out prematurely and was told I can’t receive a refund. The pictures are deceptive, its not what you pay for. But the price is what you pay for i guess. I checked out and got a better place for that same price. 」
