「Worst check in experience of my life. They txt you instructions 30 mins before. Which is not helpful since my phone was dead. There was no one on site. We almost got l locked out outside. The bathroom looked a little old. The area is a bit sketch. I would not stay here again just based on how inconvenient it was to check in. Once the staff arrived next morning they were kind. But 99% of people are kind in Sardinia. They seriously need a better process. 」
