INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Country Lodge is arranged on one floor and accommodates up to four guests. The living area includes a cosy sitting room with TV corner and a double sofa bed, while the kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle. The sleeping area features a bright double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A second external bathroom with shower and washing machine adds extra convenience. All rooms are air-conditioned to ensure comfort throughout the year.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Set within a private garden of about 1,000 sqm, the property offers plenty of outdoor space among flowers and Mediterranean plants. The covered veranda is perfect for relaxing or dining outside, while the barbecue area is ideal for evenings spent outdoors. From the terrace, guests can admire a beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf of Olbia, especially at sunset.
DESTINATION INFORMATION
Country Lodge enjoys a strategic location for exploring both coastline and inland areas. The renowned Marinella Beach is about 7 km away, while shopping centres and supermarkets are only 2 km from the property. In approximately ten minutes you can reach Porto Rotondo, known for its marina, restaurants and boutique shops. A car is recommended to move comfortably between beaches and services.

OTHER THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Payments and security deposit
- If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) consumption will be calculated according to usage and charged at the end of the stay.
- A security deposit will be requested upon arrival and pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card (physical card required).
- The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing depends on the issuing bank).
- In the event of damage or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain an amount to cover costs.
Final cleaning and essential services
The costs for final cleaning and the initial linen set are not included in the base rate and will be charged separately. Extra linen changes are available upon request.
Tourist tax
To be paid in cash upon arrival according to local regulations.
Booking details
- Klodge accommodations are private properties managed for tourist rental under Italian Law 431/98 and Regional Law 16/17 of Sardinia.
- As private homes, they may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
- Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialised in short-term holiday rentals.
Online check-in and contract
- Guests are required to complete the online check-in by uploading identification documents and a selfie for each person.
- All data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
- The signing of a tourist rental contract is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian, with an English courtesy copy provided.
Key collection
Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
Recycling
The local area adopts a door-to-door recycling system. Please use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
