Ōkunoshima Ferry Terminal No. 2

The hotel is very close to the station - walking distance, even with luggage. We took a taxi, but then realised we could actually see the taxi rank from the hotel, which amused the taxi driver ! Room was fine, fully functional. We used the washing machine several times - it’s so incredibly hot in this heatwave (Late July 2026) . Being close to the station means easy access to trams etc. Hiroshima is a great place to visit - 3 days is plenty though to fit in everything.

The location is perfect though the air conditioner is leaking. Overall the place is good forvalue

Amazing hotel. Categorized as 3-star but lives up to 5-star reputation. Brand new. Elegant Japanese design. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent service. Just across from the ferry port that takes you to Miyajima island. Might be a bit far from central Hiroshima, but its advantages outweigh this single disadvantage. Very much recommend!
