Location: There are 4 units on this property. This unit is Unit B at the front.
Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $45 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.
Parking: Please use the designated parking spot for Unit B at the rear of the house, marked with a letter on the concrete. Do not block the driveway. If you have multiple vehicles, please park on the street. If your designated spot is occupied, please park on the street overnight, and we will address the situation in the morning.
Backyard: The backyard is used for parking.
Climate Control: The unit has a mini-split with the remote. Please do not set the temperature below 69 degrees in the summer or above 75 degrees in the winter, as the pipes may freeze and stop working.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are available for bookings of 30 days or more.
Noise Potential: Please be considerate and lower your volume after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We have three other units on the property, so there is a possibility of noise disturbance.
The fireplace in this unit is purely decorative; kindly refrain from using it.
Budget Airbnb Stay: Clean, cozy 1-bedroom or studio with a private entrance, bathroom, and small kitchen for $40-$60 per night—cheaper than a motel. Please note, it's an older property without a full kitchen or oven, and we don't offer luxury extras like wine, airport pickup, or high-end amenities.
