"95% of our trip to Four Points was excellent! Everything is 100 yards from the beach. You do receive $25 in food and drink credit, but considering the prices of both, it doesn't go very far. However, $25 is still $25! The breakfast is amazing. The staff is great, patient, and polite. Like I said, an overwhelming majority of our state was top-notch. Our issues: Check-in is at 4:00, and we arrived at 2:30. Not a problem, we stored our luggage and were told we'd receive a call when our room was ready. We never got that call. Furthermore, we witnessed other people getting checked in early. Our other issue, our room was never cleaned. Not once. We saw housekeeping near our room every day, but never found our room taken care of. There's a sign in the room that says they'll be cleaned every other day, which is quite fine with us, but from Tuesday through Friday, no fresh towels or linens. Yes, we should have asked, but again, we always saw housekeeping out. Other than those two things, our stay we excellent and we'd recommend this hotel is a heartbeat. Between the staff, the food, and closeness ot the beach, it is a great place to stay! "

"Every single person we came into contact with on this property whether it was Cleaning personnel, kitchen personnel front desk everybody was so accommodating and so polite. I am a huge neat freak, and I usually will find something to freak me out at every hotel I go to, however, that was not the case. Our room was spotless. We were here a week with the beach and baseball tournament and every day that we got home from baseballthe room was cleaned. Fresh towels were in there. I never felt like it was dirty. Everything was tiptop shape absolutely would come back."

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. We had a great time! It is right off the beach. The pool area is big and there are plenty of chairs. Each employee that we encountered were helpful, kind, and friendly. We will definitely be back. "

"Smaller hotel/condo building, quiet, family friendly, close to food. Convenient location to access 98. Spacious condo. Oversized twin beds was a nice surprise for my kids. REALLY liked that the rental chair vendors were NOT taking over the beach, like they have at other locations we’ve stayed at (and won’t return due to that). Great hotel! I will return! I will add that there are no gas grills. There are charcoal grills. Facility staff were friendly and provided us with charcoal, lighter fluid and a lighter (left over from previous renters). "
