Very relaxing, comfortable room. The unit wasn’t facing the ocean but still had a great view of it. Loved having beach chairs/umbrella included with the room. Was very easy to reserve an additional set for our group. Good location and very close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions.

Close beach stay!

This was a great area! Definitely would stay here again. Only complaint is the main bedroom got a little hot if the door was closed and a fan would have been nice.

Island princess

This property could use some sprucing up! Silverware was dirty looking, no hand soap in the unit, only 2 chairs on balcony, yet unit is advertised for 6 people. It was ok, but I would not book this particular unit again.

Good location - quiet - easy access

Given my timing - this was one of the last 2 bedroom units available on Okaloosa Island for the dates I needed. The location was great, the beach is great, the area is surrounded by vacation rentals. Traffic is not bad on the street, but to get anywhere, prepare of tons of traffic. The one way off the island to grocery and food, without going all the way to Destin, is under heavy construction and it is SLOW. The unit is ok. It’s well equipped but the living room furniture is stained and old. Bathtubs are chipped and stained. There is roku in the smaller bedroom but not for the other TVs. Check in and check out was very easy. We were sent a door code a few days before and the list of things to do or don’t do before leaving was easy. The price was way too high for what we got, but like I said, almost everything else on the beach was booked. I paid twice what friends paid on the same beach for better, updated units that faced the beach. Everyone understands supply and demand, but I was gouged by the vacation rental company. We had a good time, but could have left there feeling better about what we paid for the unit rental.

Girls trip + boyfriend

We LOVED our time here!!! It was initially a 3 generation trip and then my daughters boyfriend joined the crew. We could see the ocean from our balcony and only had to go down the elevator around the corner and to the beach-awesome! All of the dishes were great. We cooked in the condo every night. We had everything we needed dish wise just provided our own groceries. One of the best things was the umbrella and lawn chairs thay were provided!!! Thank you!

Just as described

The room was convenient to all the amenities in the area. Well-maintained, condo, nicely, equipped, and furnished, I liked the fact that we had your own parking place. We had everything we needed. The master bedroom bed was a little outdated, and the mattress was a little soft for my taste. And we only had a half of a shower curtain. But I will still write this five star.

vacation not so relaxing

I really did not like the service, they are not friendly, my parking lot was occupied when I arrived, I sent a message and they never answered me that day, until the next day I called again because my parking lot was still occupied, I would not rent them again time!!!

Very good value although with the on going construction and inability to use the porch it would have been nice if beach services would of been included. 50 per chair daily was a bit excessive. Parking was easy, close and convenient. Property was clean and looked as advertised I will rent again!

Great Spring Break w/ Young Kids

We stayed here over spring break with two kids ages 3 and 6. The location was perfect! Not to far from Destin and right on the beach. We enjoyed both the beach and pool. The rooms were clean and there were plenty of amenities. We had two small issues which the property manager responded too and fixed same day. Amazing service. We will be back! We have family in Fort Walton so this was the ideal vacation spot.

Overall a good stay

Condo was ok. Overall, the condo was clean but The living room furniture needed cleaning. The outlet in the master bathroom didn’t work. The balcony is cramped. There is a tall table and two chairs and a rusty chair that no one can sit. The building is nice and well maintained. There is no ramp to the beach. Only steps. It is a hassle if you have kids with lots of stuff to carry.
