「Truly amazing hotel. Staff/Food/Trips can't be criticised. Hotel helped me to arrange a trip to climb Villarica Volcano. The guides they use to climb the volcano are top notch also」

「Clean room. Rustic setting with beautiful surroundings. Great water pressure in the hotel portion. Staff responded promptly to WhatsApp messages. Not too far (30 minutes drive) from the town of Pucon. I would have liked to have had access to a kettle to make my own coffee and tea in my hotel room (they had these in the cabins) and an iron to press my own clothing as this was a wedding event. I did use the hotel laundry services to re: press my suit and shirt and they did a great job for $10....

「The cabin is nice the host very nice. No bathroom towel it’s was very cold At Night and there was a fire place box. With only 3 Logs that were Too big To light with out kindling. Maybe a bit more attention to detail. I would stay again. 」

「Staff is very supportive. The breakfast is organized by shifts. The rooms were clean, with new towels every day. There's free parking and the hotel is close to downtown, just few minutes walk. Very nice experience 」

「This is excellent choice if you are staying for longer period of time in Pucon. It is in walking distance to city center and lake Villarrica.It does have a secured parking. The lofts are comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook if you choose to do so. The host was very helpful and we received a complimentary bottle of wine.」

「There’s nothing I enjoy more than coming back to a place after two years and being remembered. Everyone was eager to provide anything I needed, from towels to every small detail. I truly felt that the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The rooms were perfectly clean, and the location is fantastic. If you’re going to Pucón, I don’t think you’ll find a better spot.」
