「A beautiful apartment in a lovely location! Comfy beds, lovely en-suite shower rooms, great furniture and well equipped kitchen. Lovely view not to the front and rear - a stones throw to the beach and to the old town! A few small things…there was an iron but no ironing board. There were pegs but nothing to hang the washing on and there was no broom to sweep the floor, just a small dustpan and brush! Apartment has no parking and parking is a challenge in Estepona. 「This is not a party location, but the condo is very clean, and well laid out and well apointed. The property manager was very attentive in meeting us, and I am certain that they would have been great if we had needed them......but we did not. The condo is in a great location between Marbella and Esptonia, quiet area near great beaches and to both towns. We would recommend it 100%.」

「Lovely studio overlooking the gardens, which are immaculately kept. Guiseppes response time when we had a query was immediate. The supermarket is just around the corner and Bonanza Square a 5 minute walk away. The sun was on the balcony in the morning until just after lunch then just a 2minute stroll to pool area to catch the afternoon sun, perfet !! If you want a special night out try Iconic Steak and Lobster just 2 minutes down the road, excellent food excellent host.」
