"The room was cozy and exactly as advertised. Check-in was 3:00, we arrived at 3:26 and our room was not finished being cleaned. I had reached out earlier with questions about the hot tub, was told it would be ready upon our arrival. It wasn't. Last thing she did was dump chemicals as we were talking, so we were leary about that, and also had to wait for the floors to dry. Considering our stay was less than 24 hours, I expected it to be ready when we got there. She was pleasant and apologetic but money and time are two things I don't have to waste."
