The apartment is located on the first floor and accessible via a staircase. In the living room, next to the flat-screen television, there is a cozy sitting area with a two-seater sofa and one separate armchair. The dining area between the kitchen and sitting area offers plenty of space to eat, have a drink, or play a game. The open kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge (with freezer), kettle, toaster, and both a Nespresso and filter coffee machine.

The bedroom is separated from the living room by two stylish French doors and is equipped with a double bed (160x200cm). In addition, there is a second bedroom on the loft with two separate single beds (80x210cm), which can also be placed against each other. All rooms have blackout window coverings. There is also a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and iron in the separate storage room in the loft.

The modern bathroom is accessible from the living room/kitchen and is equipped with a spacious shower, toilet, washbasin with mirror, and hairdryer. The balcony with a nice lounge set is located on the west (12 m2) and can be reached through the sliding doors in the living room and the bedroom. For the little ones, there is a high chair and a foldable baby bath (60x120cm) and free wifi is available throughout the accommodation.
