"Staff and Hotel itself were great. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. The eggs had a funny taste and texture. The beds (if you like a hard bed, this is the hotel for you). However, I like a nice soft bed, so I was hurting all weekend. Overall tho, the hotel and staff were great, it was the breakfast and the bed that could use some work. The key system was broken, so we need escorts to our room, but the staff was so good about it."

"We had no towels in our rooms and every time I went down to ask they said it would be another 30minutes. So I got 2 towels for 5 people. Also the hotel had a mildew odor. And the air conditioning wouldn’t get the room cool, it seemed old and dirty. Staff was nice though and the breakfast was good."

"It was quiet and that's good, location beside ACME and few stores. Outside was clean and even inside.. But it was an old edifice and very noticeable. The bathroom was not good at all. I can say it's the worst bathroom of all the hotels I ever lodged at in any state and I've been to many as a traveling parent. The TV was difficult to operate."

"The bathroom in our room Was dirty, the entire hotel reeked of marijuana, there were people yelling in the hallways late at night consistently and nothing was done, and we had no hot water the first day so we were unable to shower. The conditions were so terrible that we left an entire day early because we couldn’t stay there another night."

"The sink and toilet in our room clogged on the first use, for no good reason, and remained so throughout our stay. The toilets in other common areas of the property were also clogged. I think they need to upgrade their system. The room and bathroom was relatively “clean” but the furniture and fixtures were old, dingy and stained. I booked a room with an alleged price guarantee through Expedia for two nights, which, according to them was a minimum per property rules. The room rate was found to be much less via direct booking at the property. Expedia refused to honor their price guarantee because I did not notify them until after I had checked in. Because of some options to change our itinerary, when I arrived I asked the desk attendant if an early checkout was possible as I potentially only needed to stay one night. She told me was certainty that they would allow me to check out and authorize a refund for 1 night however, it would need to come from Expedia since that is who booked through and that Expedia could contact them to verify the property authorized an early and confirm the checkout date. When I attempted to do this through Expedia, after 45 minutes of being given the runaround and them going back-and-forth with the property I was told my refund was denied. Neither the property nor Expedia would standby the customer, but rather chose to behave as agents who rely upon technicalities to rip off consumers. I paid a premium rate for 2 nights and was delivered 1 night"
