This beautifully decorated home is located directly on Silver Lake Harbor. Relax and enjoy harbor front living both inside this comfortable home, or outside enjoying a private pool located directly on the water. Amazing harbor views from all levels.

Your shared deep water dock provides 50 AMP electric service, water, and fish cleaning bench. This property is located on the residential side of Silver Lake Harbor and provides easy access to Pamlico Sound and beyond!

The first floor offers a Primary King Suite with a private bath, den with 42-inch plasma TV with DVD player, and kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, and sink. Screened porch leads to an open deck with pool. Half bath.

The living, dining, and kitchen are located on the second level. The living area features a 52 inch LCD TV with a DVD player. Half bath and washer/dryer. Covered and open deck.

The upper level offers two Master King Suites with a private bathroom with a shower. Shared deck access from both suites. Entertainment wet bar provides convenient access to rear covered deck and spiral staircase to lookout deck offering amazing panoramic views.

3 Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths and 2 Half Baths: Each bedroom has a King bed. A Queen Size Sleeper Sofa is located in the den. One deep soaking tub.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 5 TVs with cable service, and 2 DVD players. The kitchen offers a microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker. Washer and dryer.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

The exterior offers shared boat dockage on Silver Lake Harbor with 50 AMP Electric Service, water and fish cleaning bench. *Small private unheated pool (approximately 7' x 15'). Several decks, a screened porch, and a lookout deck with amazing views. Hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower. Park style charcoal grill.

No Smoking. Limit of 3 vehicles.

No Partial Week Stays.

No Pets or Service Animals of any kind are permitted in this home. For information please visit our Guest Information “Vacationing with a Pet” on our website.

Second Floor: Open floor plan with living area (TV/DVD), sitting area, dining, and kitchen. Laundry Area. Half Bath.

Third Floor: Two Primary Bedrooms each with a King bed, TV, and a private Primary Bath with shower. Hallway wet bar with mini-refrigerator.

Outstanding by the lake

Fabulous house with best view of Silver Lake. Well equipped kitchen for those of us who love to cook with amazing Ocracoke seafood. Great for the whole family and enjoyed the rooftop cocktail hour for quite the sunset. Looking at town with the sunrise was also beautiful. Loved it.
