"The Palace is outdated, the decor of the rooms and the lobby is awful. Renovation is scheduled for August. The grounds are well maintained, pool area clean and the restaurants are kept clean. The workers are all very friendly and there to make the guests very comfortable. Servers and bartenders are helpful and nice. Entertainment staff is great, energetic and fun. We did a river cruise, which was fun. We saw a lot of alligators and monkeys, although we saw more monkeys next to the hotel. Take a stroll to the left on the beach to where the sign for the Monkey bar is. Walk into the jungle, there are a lot of white faced monkeys there. We wanted to go snorkeling, they try to sell you the catamaran cruise, includes alcohol and fruit, but who needs that when you're staying at an all inclusive? We ended up on a 3 hour snorkeling tour, but visibility was bad. Overall, the hotel is comfortable, the food incredible and lots of fun for no longer than a week."

"The pools were nice and not overly crowded, most staff were decent, although they were severely understaffed which I think caused some of them to be rude. The towels in the room were old and had a smell to them, the toilet always smelled like the gasket wasn’t installed properly or something. I’d rate the food quality maybe at like a 2-3 and availability pretty low they ran out of stuff kind of often. The restaurants were also just buffets and not that great. A lot of the food wasn’t labelled at all so if you have allergies it’s hard to tell if you can eat some of it. Lastly everyone on our trip got sick either on the second last day or the last day and a few are still sick at the time of writing this 5 days after leaving. All in all go somewhere else. "

" Perfect Stay – Absolutely Magical!We had the most amazing stay at this home—truly could not have asked for anything better! The oceanfront location is unbeatable, and the beach itself felt absolutely magical. The water is stunning—clear, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing or exploring.One of our favorite surprises was how close the house is to a blowhole—such a unique and fun experience! The surrounding town is also very walkable, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the area without needing to drive everywhere.The house itself had everything we could possibly need—fully stocked and incredibly comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought went into making guests feel at home. The gated neighborhood made us feel very safe, and having access to three community pools was such a bonus!Groceries and essentials are an easy trip into Coco, which made everything super convenient.Honestly, we have zero complaints. This place was perfect, and we would come back in a heartbeat!"

"The house is huge, far bigger than I imagined from the pictures! The pool was absolutely incredible and the big favorite with my kids. AC's in the bedrooms were great, well stocked kitchen, and a great house to be in."

"I absolutely loved the location of this place! So close to the beach and very quiet. The area is very well maintained within the complex. Inside the unit could do with a repainting in the kitchen area, and the safe was missing a battery – but we didn’t need to use it so that was not a concern of mine and I did alert the rental company so that should be fixed for the next renters. You definitely need a car here as almost everything is a drive… However, an easy drive into Coco for plenty of restaurant options and a bunch of local eateries along the way! There are plenty of different supermarkets in Coco as well. The communication was excellent … They answered almost immediately and I was very happy with their service. From the unit, you had beautiful sunsets every night! I definitely appreciated the screen on the balcony that you could lower to block the sun in the afternoon from being in your eyes. My only negative about the place was, being an American, I would have appreciated mattress and pillow covers so they could be easily cleaned. Having a washer/dryer was amazing with all of the heat/humidity. The unit was also well equipped! Plenty of bath & beach towels, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs etc."
