「Absolutely Disgusting — Do Not Stay Here! The hallways smelled like wet mildew, and my room reeked of cigarettes. There were roaches in the room and bathtub, and the towels were dirty with hair in them. After a long day, all I wanted was to relax, but this place made that impossible. I don’t know how a hotel like this is allowed to stay open. Save your money and stay somewhere else!」

「Very nice place」

「This place is NOT as advertised and is absolutely HORRIBLE! Sketchy old hotel that has no signage. Not an apartment! Smelled TERRIBLE and pungent in the hallway and like smoke in the room. Not renovated. Fridge not clean. CASH DEPOSIT only! NO WIFI. Nobody there between 11-7 and absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone during those times! Not even in case of emergency I was told!! And the Fire alarm went off for well over an hour in the middle of the night and nobody came! Woke up my 4yo...

「We found plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped or crowded together while staying here.」

The communal swimming pool furniture is mouldy and only fit for the dump. The entrance to the accommodation is dated and the carpeted hallways badly needs to be replaced. The...

「The room was very clean only problem I had was the sofa,It was to small,to low, The mattress was a little hard. But all in all its a very quiet area for relaxation.」

「It's a nice spot tucked right in the heart of Orlando! Perfect for solo travelers or couples. It's bigger and better than the hotels nearby. Plus it includes free parking and is cheaper than a hotel!」

「Checking in went smoothly, the front desk staff were polite and attentive. My room had a fan which helped keep things cool overnight as well.」

「I booked this house on May 7. The very next day, I had a doctor's appointment where I was unexpectedly scheduled for a medical procedure on the same Friday I was supposed to travel to Orlando. As soon as I found out, on May 8, I contacted the host to explain the situation and requested to cancel my reservation. My trip wasn't scheduled until June 26, so I gave more than six weeks' notice. Unfortunately, the host refused to refund any portion of my payment.I understand that hosts have cancellation...
