「It would be an okay hotel however we were moved 3 times 3 different rooms in one stay because the TV didn't work, the sink was leaking, and the lights didn't work. I did book through Expedia so it was only $43 with tax. They seem to be in the process of remodeling in some areas the room I originally had was very updated. It was a huge inconvenience that we asked for towels and 18 hours later still didn't have any had to go ask the maintenance man again and finally got them. The staff is ok but...
「Hotel and room are clean, but the experience was bad and much less than other Residence Inn hotel which I have ever stayed..
Card key is so often mulfunctioned but the front staff has refused my request to change the card several times, so I had to go and back between the room and front desk many times. Also, some staff is not friendly so makes me uncomfortable. this is not hotel's hospitality.. (I mean some staff are not good , of course, I found some nice staff as well)
And the bathroom...
「The elevator was dirty, smelled terrible. Someone out there finger print and smear something all over the walls. The bathroom no tub. The view was terrible, I couldn't tell if it was sunny outside or rain. No room cleaning neither for the first day. In my opinion, it need several upgrades from tile on elevator floor and more. The rooftop was dirty with trash and cigarettes butts every where. I couldn't believe what I saw. 」
