「Big beautiful pool and swim up bar enjoyed as much as beach, staff friendly and helpful the manager of this property is very accommodating we made reservations in the late evening because the booked fisherman point resort had issues which caused our group of eight to seek better accommodation and Mystic ridge helped us to enjoy the rest of our stay in Jamaica and the manager even called us to make sure we arrived safely back home this is the five stars vacation is made of

「I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival.
