「The hotel and the room were clean, but we had a constant issue with supply. The pool was out of towels and even after asking for more, we never got them. Lobby restrooms out of paper towels for days on end and when they finally restocked the paper towels, they were out of toilet paper. Housekeeping changed our sheets but did not give us any towels, toilet paper, or garbage bags. Also, the free hot breakfast was sub-par. The eggs were watery and hard at the same time. 「My husband and I booked the hotel for our 19th anniversary. We really liked the ocean front room. Very clean. Maybe put a side table on the balconies. We would like to see a safe in the rooms for security and peace of mind. We liked the bar/restaurant underneath the hotel. Nice hotel. We hope to stay next year.」

「They say they are fully refundable when they are not, the staff did not want to refund the 2 nights we had left because we left early due to cleanliness. There was food still in the floor and in cabinets, hair all over the sheets and shower, a dirty rag on the shelf, tv was awful and the remote doesnt even work, the floor feels awful and disgusting. If you are planning a long stay this is not the place if you want to feel clean after taking a shower good luck with that!! Not worth the money or...
