「Couldn't check in and no front desk」

「Cute little spot by the beach! We were walking distance to food, shops, and the ocean. Will definitely be back.」

「The hotel is in a good location close to the beach and downtown. Checkin and checkout were a breeze with the very efficient staff. There was shampoo and conditioner in the shower and lotion at the vanity. The only complaint is the bed. You could tell the mattress was getting a little tired (sagging) and the sheet kept coming off the corner during the night. Very annoying. I suspect the sheet was put on incorrectly; long edge vs short edge. It is hard to get it right on a king mattress but...

「First off our room was clean very clean. Had to request new towels because my towels were stained. Check in online says 3 PM Found a note on the door that said check-in was 4 PM Came back at 4:50 PM and called the number on the door and they said check-in was 5 PM There are no amenities, no room cleaning unless requested, which we didn’t know. There’s a lot about this motel that we wish we knew before we came. But the room was perfectly clean. I wanna emphasize that. 」

「Terrible experience with the owner. My boyfriend and I are from eastern WA and got a room here. We did not get the room I booked, which was a double bed. The owner ( a Korean lady ) and the guy working the front suggested we take the king bed. I had no problem with that, except that the fridge didn’t work, the alarm clock didn’t work, and the tv didn’t work. We didn’t realize that until after we washed our feet and shoes in the shower after coming from the beach. We weren’t there for more than...

「System was down and I didn't even stay at the motel I booked but it worked out in the end and my kids enjoyed our stay! Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you Andrew! Coming from a cleaner myself the housekeepers could do a WAY better job or find a different line of work... lol. But we left happy.」

「It was a great pet friendly place. We could walk to the beach( just needs to apply bug repellent since you need to walk through woods. Pullout bed wasn’t comfortable but next they put additional mattress. They were so helpful.」

「My spouse and I stayed Thursday-Sunday and we had such a nice time! We had our little kitchenette which was perfect for the two of us, nice table and chairs to sit and play games and a very cozy bed! We were about 5 minutes from the beach (accessible from a trail connecting to the hotel) so we made quite a few trips over to find sand dollars and rocks! 「We had a 1 bedroom cottage and it was perfect for 2 people. If 4 people were to stay in their 2 bedroom cottage, which happen to view, the 2 bedroom cottage appears to only have a 3/4 bath downstairs and only a wash bowl upstairs. Without having a second toilet upstairs, that could be an inconvience for 4 people. Otherwise, everything was very good.」

「Such a beautiful home with comfy beds in every room. Loved that we were able to use the items they had to play at the beach comfortably, board games stocked and DVD player upstairs in the game room. Right on the lake was fun to sit near the fire and watch the boats go by. Bugs didnt come out till it got dark so pack your bug spray for night. Overall 10/10 definitely want to stay here again 」

「Staff needs better communication with customers. Didn't get my entry code until 1 hour before I was suppose to check in. Was in limbo. The staff needs to take a class on public speaking. Very lackadaiscal on the staff, please try harder!!!」
