Owner is horrible. They wouldn’t refund our trip after multiple attempts. Pool and breakfast are at another property. Mislead on website.

Wasn't at that location, apparently Daysinn bought Westerly motel and i stayed at the inn instead. It was dirty behind the tv, and the carpet felt sticky. The staff was really nice but the room itself could've been better. Also you have to check in at Daysinn. Which is down the street.

They canceled my reservation and still have not refunded me my money. They had no problem taking my money when I booked my room but now they don't want to give me my money back.

Actually ending up staying at the Days Inn because there was no housekeeper to clean the property. Very strange. I don’t want to stay in a dirty room anyway. Got charged more for staying there for two nights and Paid a deposit that was not returned even after a couple of days. We left the room clean. We did notice a chair in the corner was already broken when we arrived. Never touched or moved it. Stay at the Days inn was nice tho. Quiet. Clean. Bed kind of hard but clean, hot water and warm.

Like Spam, I arrived around 4pm went in, mini waiting room. I pick up the black phone not one answer, I left voicemail with my information and phone number, not one call me back. I check Expedia for more information I found I will to check in on different property name is Days inn, the person tell if I would like to stay in Days inn, I said yes, then he said it will be $20.00 dollars more. When I see the receipt to sign it’s $29.12. He’s telling me days inn have breakfast and pool, and the other property doesn’t have. I will need to drive to the lobby of Days inn.

We stayed for two nights at the Days Inn also known as Westerly in Ocean Shores, Washington, and paid the full room cost through Expedia. We were aware that pet fees were to be paid directly to the hotel, which included a $25 per night pet fee and a $50 refundable pet deposit to be returned after checkout. Our dog is a 10-pound Shih Tzu, and there was no damage to the room during our stay. We also brought our own blanket for the bed. At checkout, hotel staff confirmed that the $50 pet deposit would be refunded. It has now been over a month, and despite numerous attempts to contact the hotel, we have not received the refund or any response. This delay is unacceptable, and the deposit should have been returned as promised.

I booked a Queen Deluxe room with a kitchen, but upon arrival I was told the room was unavailable due to an alleged incident. I later confirmed with authorities that no such incident occurred. We were moved to a smaller room in a different building without a kitchen, and this was only disclosed after we had already signed the check-in paperwork. Check-in took a long time, and when I asked about switching to another available unit listed online, I was told no alternative could be offered. We were not given the option to upgrade, even at our own expense. While at the front desk, I witnessed another couple trying to resolve a billing issue, which added to the overall concern about how guests are treated. This experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend staying here based on our stay.

Very clean room comfy bed. Pool was crunchy big globs of hair to dodge. Hot tub perfect. They really trying hard to fix the place up. The breakfast good, they had doots open all the time so mass flies in the way. Guess they hungry too. I booked Westerly Motel but the sign said check in at Days Inn. Across street at Days no hello or welcome. Joshua at desk busy talking to maintenance so i felt i was interruption In fact i don't think he has customer experience I had to interrupt him a few times while there never say hi and acknowledged me.the hospitality staff very courteous. Dont think i will be back.

The corner room allowed view of street from 2 different areas, there is a small fridge, one microwave and a coffee maker. The surprise was a massage chair. The bedroom was small with no place for clothes. Bathroom was very clean but there was no toilet paper holder! The TV was way too big for the room. We will stay there again. Breakfast is across the street in the Days Inn.

Do not stay here

The room smelled terrible from the initial opening of the door. It smelled of mold, dampness and just moldy/must. The bed was made with fitted sheet, damp blanket, flat sheet and then another damp blanket. The blankets had holes that looked like cigarette burns and there was stitching on at least one of them. The floors were uneven and absolutely terrible. The LVP was torn up either from the bed or from a hammer. The bathroom was disgusting. The towels were laid out on the top of the toilet covering the push button. The toilet paper was sitting on top of that as the toilet paper holder was torn from the wall, thankfully either thrown away or hidden, but still gone. It was incredibly odd that I had to go to the Days Inn nearby to get my keys. I honestly wish I had stayed there instead. I will never stay here again, and I would never recommend anyone ever stay there.
