「I really enjoyed my stay」

「This is a gem... Can only recommend it , if you are looking for the best stay in the Pines. Love Andrey and the team.」

「Hated everything about this place. They don’t even wash the sinks in the bathroom and it’s covered in toothpaste grime. Beds were incredibly small. They blasted a fire alarm at 6:30AM. Room had a lot of dust and I genuinely never want to be here again.」

「It is an old building may have been something else before it became a Hilton. Old elevator that makes noises. Expensive and then I got charged for two bottled waters in the room that I never used. Tried to call and advise that I did not touch the bottled water. They would not refund me. Won't be staying there again.」

「What a strange stay. Hotel staff didn’t inform us of towel and room cleaning policy. We waited in the lobby- miserable- and nobody asked ‘what’s up?’. Listened to many folks check in during that time- and nobody was told room is cleaned ‘every other day’! C’mon! You are a hotel! Be more upfront. I am not sure I would ever stay in a Hampton Inn again. Room was ok. Pool was the reason we stayed- but the waiting for room to be cleaned knocked swim two out completely. Also too many dogs!」
