「It was as cute as it looked on-line and gave us a great space for hanging out and enjoying each other's company. That said, I would recommend that you rent this with loved ones as privacy is limited because of the indoor design. With no insulation or dry wall every noise is heard throughout the house! Other nice surprises: new AC units (very quiet), very comfortable beds, and an outdoor shower with good light. The street is very quiet. I was surprised that basic kitchen supplies weren't included...

「Stayed here for a girls trip. We were a group of 11. Most of the beds are doubles so probably can’t actually sleep 12 unless you’re a kid or on the smaller side. The way the beds are arranged requires one person to crawl over the other to get out of bed since they’re pushed up against the wall. (Not a dealbreaker but something to consider for guest comfort). 「We got to the house and it was a lovely house, in a great location. The garbage outside had meat and other garbage not in bags. The storm door was broken which we fixed ourselves, the floor was full of sand, the air conditioner in the kitchen didnt blow cold air and the fan in the ktchen didnt work either, the remote was nowhere to be found. I think some of our money should be refunded.」

「The location was ideal - so close to the ocean, with a small view of the waves from the pool and deck. Having the bikes was amazing. We all loved the kitchen and excellent amenities provided. The house was beautiful. We even loved playing Cornhole in the front yard. It was the vacation of a lifetime!」

「Wonderful 2nd time staying at this location. Easy walk to the beach and great restaurants in ocean bay park. Biggest issue was not having anyone to text with questions. At other properties we have stayed we could contact the owners- Vacasa didn’t allow for this here. When the codes given to us didn’t unlock the bicycles we needed, it took a long time to get a hold of someone and the people who texted back gave generic answers and couldn’t help. They gave us the same code we had already received....

Anyone could put a hand through and open the door. This made us feel unsafe. We contacted Vacasa, but nothing was done about it. 「Beds are butter. Sheets are like clouds. Amazing. Michael, the LL, was amazing. Jeannie, the PM, was amazing. The outside area was amazing. Sand under your toes, fire pits, gorgeous flowers and amazing view of the sunset. Kitchen was well supplied with utensils, dishes, glasses, etc., but bring TP, Paper Towels. I am already looking to book for next year, for both cottages so my kids/grandkids can have the big house, and I can have a peaceful night in the little one! I highly recommend...
