"Bei 2 Grad Außentemperatur nicht funktionierende Heizung im Schlafzimmer, dünne Sommerdecken, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Dreck hinter der Tür, Staub auf dem Sofa und sonstigen Flächen. Matratze in der Mitte durchgelegen. Dass die Heizung nicht ging wurde abgestritten und der Fehler bei uns gesucht."

Der Service war einwandfrei, das Personal sehr freundlich, zugewandt und serviceorientiert. Das Frühstück war umfangreich mit einer großen Auswahl und gut organisiert. Das Familienzimmer (großer Wohn-Schlafraum, Flur, kleines Kinderzimmer mit Stock-Bett, geräumiges Bad) war sehr tadellos sauber und gemütlich. "Everyone was so incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially for a travel-weary family arriving very late. Although it was only a one-night stay, everything was wonderful. Staff went out of their way to help us. "

"The restaurant on site has a lot’s of menu options even vegetarian, foods are great and staffs are very friendly and nice. The location is very good for hiking Saxon Switzerland area on foot. Also this hotel gave me a guest ticket to get on tram & buses free."

"Grundsätzlich ist diese Unterkunft schön. Liebevoll gestaltet und gut eingerichtet. Moderne verknüpft das alte. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb, aber die Stadt Schirgiswalde ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Leider gab es auch deutliche Schattenseiten. Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung im EG. Über uns hat anscheinend eine Fusballmannschaft gewohnt. Man hörte jeden Schritt und jedes Gespräch aus der Wohnung über uns. Manchmal war das kaum aushaltbar, und wir haben das Weite gesucht. Leider ließ...

"The ‘business’ room was well decorated and had an abundance of kitchen implements. The main bed was clean and comfy but the sofa bed was not. Beware very low (1.7m?) doorways into the apartment itself and into the bathroom. And the city view is of the patio table and fence. Parking was fine, the walk into the old city about 10 minutes."

Nice hotel that is very well maintained indoors and outdoors as well. Small village, but nice to walk around in it. No elevator and quite steep stairs."
