The staff was great, so helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, great connections to area restaurants and attractions. Their coffees are the best! However the rooms could be cleaner--a lot cleaner. The rooms are small with very little natural light coming in, and the sink was located outside the bathroom. Find a more dedicated cleaning staff and you'll be a 5-star hotel.

Beautiful common spaces, large and well-decorated room, and very friendly and hospitable staff. I had a very early flight and the staff were super helpful in determining how early I should leave and booking me a cab. They also provided some cute gifts! I’d love to come back for a longer stay!

Unfortunately we were only booked at NaNa Vida for one night, and we left early in the morning before breakfast was served. I wish we had stayed longer! Very nice rooms, quiet, beautiful inner court yard. Staff helpful. If we return to Oaxaca, we will try to stay multiple nights.
