「The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. A search for "Global Luxury Suites, Reston VA" revealed it didn't exist. I received...

「部屋が綺麗でとても広く、窓も大きいので明るい。バスルームも二つあってとても便利だった。追加ベットを頼んだら無料でエアーベットを用意してくれていた。キッチン用品も充実している。WiFiの繋がりも良かった。 スミソニアン博物館に行きたかったので近くて良かった。付近にはレストランも沢山あるし、アパートの下には小さいけれどスーパーがあったので飲み物等購入できた。チェックイン前に送られてくるメールに部屋番号が記載されていて、それを受付で見せると鍵がもらえる。メールでの返事がなかなかこないので、何か質問等ある場合は直接電話をしなければならなかった為多少英語が話せるならとても良いところだと思う。」

「Check in was great, communication with Margerita was amazing! She checked in to make sure everything was going well. Text communication with quick response was perfect. The apartment was clean and comfortable, affordable for the location and what we needed for my family. Would def recommend! 」

「This charming VRBO home has absolutely everything one needs for a perfect day in the DC area. Situated just outside of the chaos of the city, this home is an absolute retreat itself. The grounds are *stunning* and the home inside is perfectly appointed. Nidia was amazing and helped me through multiple shifts in plans. I already have several other stays booked, and am just so lucky to have found this gem! Thanks Nidia!」

「Very nice spot. Host was timely and friendly. Studio has smart technology and all lights work on motion. Comfy bed and large screen tv was great for sports. Plenty of snacks and amenities. I’d stay here again for sure. 」
