「Good place for short stays」

「忘れ物を取り置いてもらえて、助かりました。清掃の方、セキュリティの方、フロントの方、皆様ありがとうございました。」

「Room was a bit」

「As soon as I got to the room I was greeted with roaches the room was filled with them I couldn't even bring my bag down so I didn't take them home with me and the water to take a shower had no pressure and barely any hot water I didn't have the best experience here at this place」

「Fine」

「I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding the unacceptable and unsanitary conditions we encountered during our recent stay at your hotel. Upon entering the room, we discovered visible mold on the ceilings, in the cracks, and along the baseboards. There were also cockroaches crawling on the counters, which I have videos documenting. The carpet was so filthy that my white socks turned brown from simply walking across it. There was old food, hair, and debris...

「Our stay at the Victoria Hotel was great. A nice, quiet location in a residential neighbourhood with the beach and shops a quick car ride away. The room was clean, well air-conditioned and stocked with complimentary coffee. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The host are very responsive and accommodating. Only downside was the pool not being open but we would definitely stay here again.」

「Room was clean but poor utilization of space. Absolutely no hot water the first night on the 4th floor. Switched our room and shower was warm at best. Couch in the room was under the TV which rendered the couch useless but good place for luggage storage. The chair to the desk had no wheels? Who puts a chair with no wheels at a desk? I asked for milk at the front desk to make coffee in the room and although there’s a full working kitchen they only offered coffee mate creamer? A very odd...

「廊下を歩く客の声がうるさく、深夜に何回も起こされた。導線ではない静かな部屋にしてほしかった。」
