The bed and room was fine with full soap, other dispensers TV/Dish, even with multiple resets, did not function correctly; this was very frustrating - the guide was never accessible and never complete (for a hotel).. The check in woman did know what she was doing. She served others while I waited to be finished with which made me fel pushed aside. The place seemed run down but was being renovated but the floor I was on smelled bad due to the renovation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They need to pay attention to what the room condition is like and fix the problems like the TV not working properly, shower curtain bar was damaged and the water pooled on the floor, toilet kept running, hallways and rooms were dirty and needed cleaning especially the carpets. Breakfest was small and always the same items. No decafe coffee, etc. Parking was good but the trees needed attention due to branches hanging loose and could cause damage to vehicles if they fell down. Overall, the place seemed run down and needs alot of upgrading.
