"They were roaches all in my room soon as I cut the light on. They were crawling out of the microwave and also the dishwasher my girl panicked as soon as she seen it. The staff are wishy-washy sometimes I guess depending their mood they knock extremely early and very hard in the morning and sometimes even catch a attitude when you say something about it like damn I thought checkout was at 11-12 why are you banging at 8-9? Please I do not recommend this hotel at all it’s cheap kinda if you wanna say but don’t waste your time. They also got into it with a lady because they gave her the wrong price for a one night stay at the room charged her $400 they will scam you be safe "

"The communication between us and the host was amazing. However, there were many issues with the “charming” living space and the advertising. The location didn’t fit the description that was posted on the map for the room. It said “Legacy Place” that has 3.9/5 stars however, the actual address was “The Reserve” that has 2.3/5 stars. No in room trash cans, you have to go down the hallway and put all your trash in a chute (no trash cans in the bathroom either, or trash bags). One bed had no sheets and only a comforter, the other one was an air mattress. The bedroom bathroom cabinet and bed frame were falling off. Open food pot in the refrigerator (looked like some sort of greens). I understand this may be the first review or stay, but it definitely could use a lot more hospitality and quality. Thank you!"

"Lovely place"

"We stayed at this property with our family of 12 for our Granddaughters wedding. This is an amazing space for a large group. We had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen is complete with everything and anything necessary plates glasses utensils and more. The diningroom has a beautiful long table so everyone could eat and socialize together. There were 5 clean beautiful roomy bedrooms and 4 immaculate bathrooms. All complete with plenty of linens and towels. Login and out were so easy and Coby our host was easy to communicate with if and when necessary. I highly recommend this property if you need to stay near or in Detroit. Its a quick straight drive to Downtown. Thank you Coby for have this wonderful place. We enjoyed your home so much. And thank you Coby for being our host"
