"Jason was an excellent host! I stayed at his property for just over a month and he went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of. I’d highly recommend staying at his property. Ease of access to downtown Winter Garden was awesome! A few things to keep in mind: unit does not have direct access to thermostat. However, a quick text to Jason made everything comfortable again. Hot water takes a minute to get warm but definitely not a deal breaker for renting this property. Thanks Jason for everything!"

"This was a really neat bungalow with that was restored in the time era it was built but had all the modern conveniences we needed. The town was a very historic town with many shops and a farmers market! We had a wonderful time and definitely want to go back! The hosts were amazing with communication and very friendly. "We came to Clermont for a pre-season college softball tournament. In past seasons, we stayed in Hotels but were never in the hotel but to sleep. This year we stayed at this cozy studio and it was exactly what we needed. It was clean and had new furnishings. The bed was comfortable and the unit has a private entry. It is centrally located to everything. The owner had great communication with us. We would definitely stay again!"

"If you like camping in a tent with campfires to cook and cold water to shower, then THIS is the place for you! Hot water was in short supply, Air Conditioning broke down, the oven did not work (this was the number one reason we chose this place), we saw cockroaches in the kitchen, no handle on the entry door, no hand towels, one washcloth, neighbors are 5 feet away and LOVE to blast their radios early in the morning and late at night, sheets are scratchy, and the refrigerator leaked and everything on the bottom shelf gets wet IT IS A TRAILER To be fair, the landlord sent someone out to fix the AC, but WE had to meet him which meant we had to leave our family reunion early - the whole reason for the trip. He also did send out an exterminator to spray."

"We had a very nice stay at the renovated cottage. The host, Gustavo, was very helpful and prompt in responding to my questions about the property. The best feature was that the house was in a great location. It is very convenient to downtown Winter Garden and to our family that lives there. The house itself was spacious and offered a brand new kitchen and baths which we liked. A few things that would have made our stay more enjoyable are having: some bedside table lamps and in living room as well because ceiling lights alone were very bright and a closet in the master bedroom and rugs or curtains in the living room/kitchen to absorb the sound. All wood floors are nice but created lots of echo. Lastly, when using the showers, the water never got comfortably hot, only warm. A binder with information about the house that also included instructions on how to adjust the water temperature-which we finally found on the bedroom wall, would have been very helpful."

"We had such a wonderful time at this house! The screened in porch is magic, so many birds to watch and lake activities to enjoy!!!The house is well appointed and the beds were super comfortable as well. Loved this rental!"
