「Dog hair was all over the rooms and had an odor to the room on arrival!! Was able to open the window to ventilate the room which really helped. However, there was a gap in the screen, and a child could definitely be able to push through the screen on the fourth floor. Contacted hotel and they would not give any money back.」

「Didn't have towels, conditioner, lotion or hair dryer. Phone didnt work to call front desk. Had to go get the towels. Hair dryer had to be located and was to be brought to the room...front desk forgot what room # so never received the hair dryer.」

「The room was very clean and comfortable!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful and they were always making sure the hotel was clean! The bar staff were very friendly and Jeremiah was the best as he visited with us for quite a while 👍👍 I highly recommend this Embassy Suites and recommend that you use Expedia to book your stay!!!!」

「Checked in room was filthy, stained sofa. Holes in the walls and bathroom sink counter was cracked. T.V.s were outdated.」

「When u walked in you can smell the mildew from the carpets and also the elevator, the room sheets and carpet was filthy, furniture had fingernail paint on it and the bathroom shower curtain needed to be changed, it's could have been better clean a deep clean,and the pool was down for maintenance, you pay what you get at this location」

「I checked in before checking the room and I was so disgusted! There was dried food on the walls. Spilled drinks along the walls & bugs in every corner! Even roaches shells were all over. I felt so unsafe there and disgusted! I’ve been trying to get my refund for over a week & they still haven’t paid it back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE!」
