Rob N’ Sunshyn is the quintessential coastal cottage located on Oak Island’s tranquil west beach. This 3 bedroom is perfect for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or friends get-together.

All you need to make Rob N’ Sunshyn your home away from home is here, including bed linens, bath and beach towels, and beach chairs. Prepare breakfast/lunch/dinner in the well stocked kitchen or visit one of Oak Island’s quaint restaurants located conveniently nearby.

You’re at the beach, so naturally there is a lot of sand. Please utilize the spigot/outdoor shower to wash off excess sand before you enter the home.

Great Vacation Home!

This home came as advertised (clean, organized and well-equipped) and was the perfect location for our family vacation. The beach was amazing and we enjoyed a great deal of time on the deck taking in the views of the ocean. There was an issue with the new air conditioning unit that had just been installed prior to our arrival, but the owner Leah lives on the island and had arranged for window units and repair while we were there. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Great home and highly recommend!

Perfection

We enjoyed the most wonderful stay. The property was simply perfect…from the location to the amenities to the comfortable bed. Check-in was seamless and communication with owners was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. Truly, a special place.

Great place on uncrowded stretch of beach.

We had a great stay here. Leah, the host, was very responsive to text messages during our stay, and a phone call when we had a little trouble with the door initially. While we were a bit unsure about how we would handle there only being one full bathroom, the outdoor shower stall was great. I think it got used for more showers than the indoor one did.
