Wonderful

A wonderful time was had by all! The room was cozy, we had a fully equipped kitchen, easy access to the pool and beach and we loved how convenient it was to walk to Middleton Park, Food Lion and several restaurants!

overall very good but its the first vrbo that i had to make up all 3 beds. the sheets just left wrapped in plastic and we had to put them on. also the floors really need to be mopped. our kids feet were black when walking on them. i have a picture if needed.

Beach Trip

Listing was true and accurate. We enjoyed the very short walks to the beach, travel on foot to local restaurant's and shops. We traveled by car to other locations near by to do more shopping, eating and exploring when it was to hot outside. The pool was a great end of the day escape. Only thing we needed more of was space to put all the beach items and shoes in; the narrow hallway was very crowded. We put two totes along the wall and called it a day but a locked bin outside the unit would really make it a joy when you have kids with beach gear to lug back and forth.

Family Vacation with an 88 year old

Absolutely loved the place. It was very nice and clean, well stocked with all the necessities that you need to cook for a family. The elevator was a wonderful convince to help carry luggage and other supplies to the room. It was especially nice since we had my 88-year-old mom with us. We also loved the location. You could walk to the beach and to several shops, a game room, putt-putt, restaurants and a grocery store. Did not have to drive anywhere if we did not want to. My only complaint would be that there needs to be at least four chairs for the table so you can play games and eat together as a family. It also needs a deck that you can sit out on instead of one that you can only stand up on. However I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone and I would certainly be willing to rent it again.

Oak Island

Was a bumpy start. The electronic key did not work. Maintenance finally came. Key entry to pool didnot work. Was told to pick up new one, however when I arrived at 5 exactly the building was locked. Was not informed that they left in after hours box.
